Account access: how to sign in to your fantasy app

Account help · Updated 26 July 2026

Fantasy platforms in India typically offer sign-in through mobile number and OTP, email and password, or partner login through Google or Apple. This page explains what to expect from each path and what to do when sign-in fails.

How fantasy account sign-in usually works

Most fantasy platforms use a mobile number plus one-time password (OTP) as the default sign-in flow. You enter your mobile number, receive a six-digit OTP via SMS, and the platform logs you in immediately. The OTP is valid for five to ten minutes and you can request a new one if you do not use it in time.

Some platforms also offer email-and-password sign-in as a secondary path. Email sign-in is usually reserved for users who have linked an email address to their account; mobile-OTP sign-in is always available regardless.

Partner login (Google, Apple, Facebook) is a third path. Partner login shares limited profile data with the platform; the platform does not see your password.

What to do when sign-in fails

The most common reason for sign-in failure is a registered mobile number that does not match the one you are using. Most platforms let you change the registered number inside the app; if you cannot, contact customer care directly with your registered email address and a copy of your PAN card for verification.

OTP delivery failures usually resolve themselves within ten to fifteen minutes. Persistent OTP failures are usually caused by telecom-network filters; try a different network or sign in via email if the platform allows it.

Locked accounts

Accounts lock automatically after six to ten failed sign-in attempts. Lock-outs last 30 to 60 minutes, after which you can try again. Persistent lock-outs require customer care intervention with PAN-based verification.

Account security

Use a unique password for your fantasy account. Enable two-factor authentication if the platform supports it. Never share your OTP or password with anyone claiming to be from customer support; legitimate support agents will never ask for your password or OTP.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my registered mobile number. What now?

Most platforms let you update the registered number from inside the account settings. If your account is locked, contact customer care with your registered email and PAN card for verification. The desk maintains a list of verified customer care contacts on the customer care page.

OTP is not arriving. What should I try?

Wait ten minutes and request a new OTP. If still not arriving, switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa), or try a different network. Some platforms fall back to voice-call OTP if SMS delivery fails.

Can I sign in from two devices at the same time?

Most platforms allow concurrent sessions on two devices, typically one mobile and one desktop. Three or more concurrent sessions often trigger automatic sign-out.

I no longer have access to my registered mobile number.

This is the most common account-recovery scenario. Contact customer care with your PAN card and the last four digits of any payment method registered on the account. Recovery takes 24 to 72 hours.
